The Battle to Renew ‘Bordertown’ on FOX is Officially On

Bordertown’s first season on FOX has been anything but easy. Critical reviews, NASCAR overruns, and time slot changes certainly haven’t helped the freshman series gain a foothold in the ratings, and the network never seemed interested in getting behind the show with a good marketing push. That said, the producers aren’t giving up on potential second season pickup of Bordertown to which outlets like Deadline have already called the show dead.

An answer would HAVE to come soon. The show probably takes about nine months to a year to produce, so if Bordertown is to get a second season to start say January 2017, a pickup would have to happen in the next couple of weeks. Do you guys thing Bordertown should come back? I wonder if a pickup on TBS would actually do the show better the same it did for American Dad!
