Rick and Morty: This Commercial For The New Plumbus X Is Creep AF

Whoa.

One of the more silly things about Rick and Morty is that that the #1 series for millennials on Adult Swim is so good at introducing a character, gag, or punchline, but the producers of the TV show never really go back to it to try and take advantage of the popularity of whatever it is. Remember the MeeSeeks? These fuckers were running all over geek culture, showing up in games, merch, comics, you name it. Now? You never hear about them, but if needed, the writers could go right back to them if they wanted. Szechuan sauce, Mr. Poopybutthole, and yes, the Plumbus are all part of this show’s almost “extended universe” of shit that doesn’t make sense, but it doesn’t matter.

Enter this new commercial for the Plumbus X. Inspired by the “Interdimensional Cable 2: Tempting Fat” episode, we know exactly how plumbus‘ are made, but they don’t serve any functional purpose or use. But really, they look like a cross between a mop and a limp-dildo and Adult Swim and Co. are totally fine with selling anything and everything plumbus including Christmas ornaments!
