Spoilers Below

Keith and Kenny end up closing shop on their moving company after not being able to move an oak wood Bed (that shit’s heavy!) so they head home and watch some wrestling. Whilst watching they couldn’t help but notice that wrestlers can lift oak wood Beds so they put up an ad on Craigslist looking for a wrestler that can help out. Guess who shows up? JAKE THE SNAKE ROBERTS!!! OHHHH FUCKK!!!! Repo Man shows up and wants the job so the guys host a wrestling match from a makeshift bed. Repo Man gets the upper hand, but Jake delivers his patented DDT he grabs the guys’ truck and takes off. Jake sets off a DDT cloud which terrorizes Brooklyn and Keith and Kenny have to figure out how to reverse the DDT. Sting is the master of the ‘Reverse DDT’ so the guys head to the basement and through the caves to find him sitting down with his Stinger Family. Sting agrees to help the Bros. with their quandary, so they catch up with Jake of whom is held up at the Barclay’s Center and now we’ve got ourselves a match…a cage match between Sting and the DDT monster. The Lucas Bros. jump off the cage and beat the DDT monster, but Jake apologizes and gives back his van. Keith and Kenny end up moving the oak bed by themselves and just like that , the Moving Company is back in business!

The Lucas Bros. has the potential to be the spiritual successor to Beavis and Butthead. Take two guys that would rather stay home all day and bake, but what might be a tad better with this show is the fantastical elements like one would see in say a Regular Show but in the more realistic setting of Brooklyn. Cloud monsters ripping through the Barclay’s Center is as cool as it sounds! Also, ANYONE that is a brother and has a brother can relate to the relationship brought on by the two stars of the series Kenny and Keith. From making mattress wrestling rings to watching a bunch of TV, and having to help people move for free are all things that I personally attest to being a part of so no matter how crazy the show gets, Keith and Kenny did a great job of keeping their characters grounded which certainly lends itself to a sense of realism which could help this series in being a success story starting in 2014.
