What’s starts out as an innocuous delivery in a forest far away from the civilization, beings to get ominous and sinister as the two enter the house of an old otherworldly creature. Progressively, we learn who she is, and to avoid spoilers it manages to be both funny and legitimately suspenseful with a small Evil Dead reference thrown in involving a mirror…

There are also two decent running jokes, one where Parker keeps quoting Angus’s wisdom even if we’re wondering if any of it was true with some of these quotes giving me a chuckle here and there. While the other involves them trying to put together a chair with the instructions being vaguer than they seem…

Overall, this was a fun yet short episode that introduces a new character while the proceedings manage to raise actual stakes. Parker seems well-intentioned, but sometimes it’s better just to leave drop off the package, and leave…
