Netflix Orders Twilight Animated Series Inspired By Midnight Sun

I don’t know shit about Twilight, I certainly haven’t had the pleasure of reading the books or watch any of the movies but maybe I might have to start because Netflix has ordered a new animated series inspired by Midnight Sun. 

This book retells the Twilight saga from the perspective of Edward Cullen who was portrayed by Robert Pattinson in the live-action films of the same name. Sinead Daly will be the writer/producer on the series. Whether or not the aforementioned Pattinson will reprise his role as Edward is anyone’s guess, but with the films gearing towards the YA audiences, expect to see some mature themes explored throughout the series.
