Netflix, 20th Television Animation, Titmouse, And More Announce Lightbox Expo 2024 Details

Lightbox Expo 2024 is coming in style and possibly stealing a lot of thunder from New York Comic-Con 2024. Booths and panels have been announced for a number of adult animation-geared activities from the likes of Netflix, Titmouse, 20th Television Animation, and more. Here are some highlights of what to expect and you can see the entire schedule here:

Netflix

Gaming adaptations will be all over Lightbox Expo 2024 via Netflix with the likes of Devil May Cry, Arcane, and Unreal Engine’s growing shadow casting over animation projects worldwide. Speaking of Netflix, Big Mouth will be having a panel for the Titmouse-produced series featuring the show’s creators like Andrew Goldberg, Mark Levin, and Jennifer Flackett talking all things about the show’s final season which is expected to bow sometime next year.

Titmouse

Along with the aforementioned Big Mouth series being represented at Lightbox Expo 2024, Titmouse is bringing with them more panels for us to gawk over. The fifth and final season of Star Trek: Lower Decks will be there, and studio co-founder Chris Prynoski will be part of an industry panel. This news comes as Titmouse announced yesterday a collaboration with Cutting Class Media and Lakeside Animation for a new feature-length animated comedy film from Daniel Katz called Matters Beyond which is in production and is slated to be completed by the end of 2025.

A very small presence at Lightbox Expo 2024 is on hand, however, with no announced panels at NYCC 2024, this might be the best we get for any signs of life for news that may creep out for the upcoming seasons of American Dad and Family Guy. We’ve got one panel going down about storyboarding featuring Peter Shin and Brent Woods, so hopefully we’ll get some information about an American Dad fall 2024 premiere date which was teased at SDCC 2024 but with no updates since then.
