Let Them Breathe: City on the Ocean Hits Select Theaters This Fall

Mutts Presents is readying the debut of its new feature-length film Let Them Breathe: City on the Ocean. 

The 3D mo-cap produced anime centers on Jesse Chen, who awakens to a harrowing reality: an apocalyptic world where his family has perished. Struggling to make sense of his new existence, Jesse finds his only glimmer of hope in reconnecting with his best friend, Selena. Together, they navigate the desolate landscape, facing numerous challenges and uncovering the truth behind the catastrophe that has befallen their world.

The nearly two-hour film is slated to release September 6th with limited theater participation and is  based on the highly successful YouTube web series Let Them Breathe, which amassed over 200,000 views across five episodes.

The film comes from Texas-based animation producer Candice Rogers and features Boris Jumper (“Jesse”), Yumiko Daniel (“Dirk Zhang”), and Christian Yakanaka.  Watch the trailer below and get ticket and location info here.
