In Theaters: September 6

The 3D mo-cap produced anime centers on Jesse Chen, who awakens to a harrowing reality: an apocalyptic world where his family has perished. Struggling to make sense of his new existence, Jesse finds his only glimmer of hope in reconnecting with his best friend, Selena. Together, they navigate the desolate landscape, facing numerous challenges and uncovering the truth behind the catastrophe that has befallen their world.

The series follows six overambitious middle schoolers tricked into attending a fake academic summer camp by a mad scientist. Now they’re stuck for three months on a wild tropical island with mind-reading manatees, giant fighting fungi and fashion-forward mutants ― less academia than they’d hoped for but a lot more adventure. The series is set to premiere this fall on Disney Channel and Disney+.

From creators Adam and Craig Malamut (Sports FriendsGame of ZonesThe Champions), Universal Basic Guys centers on brothers, Mark and Hank Hoagies, who, after losing their jobs at the hot dog factory to robots, are given $3,000 a month in a new basic income program. Now, they’re using their free time and free money to find purpose in a world where they’re no longer needed. Universal Basic Guys is co-produced by FOX Entertainment through its Emmy Award-winning animation studio, Bento Box Entertainment and Sony Pictures Television. The series is executive produced by Adam and Craig Malamut. Dan Lagana (American Vandal) is executive producer and showrunner for Season One. FOX Entertainment recently gave Universal Basic Guys an early Season Two renewal. Rob Rosell (DaveIt’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia) will serve as executive producer and showrunner for Season Two.

This season, Mark and Hank try to reconnect with their primal roots by purchasing an automatic heat-seeking crossbow to hunt deer; Mark buys a championship football ring on eBay and leverages it to get special treatment from his hometown team; and Mark wants to get Tammy a fancy exotic animal for their anniversary but can only afford a former laboratory chimpanzee, who promptly rips off his face.

Emmy Award-winning Bob’s Burgers returns for its 15th season. The series centers on the working-class Belcher family — parents Bob and Linda and their three children, Tina, Gene, and Louise — who run a seaside New Jersey hamburger restaurant and their adventures interacting with the eccentric members of their community. This season, Bob must face his fears and join Louise in a father-daughter boogie boarding competition; Tina becomes the columnist for the anonymous “Ask an Eighth Grader” advice column; and when the Belchers’ landlord, Mr. Fischoeder, offers them two months free rent in exchange for catering an important reception at his house, the family must do everything they can to ensure the event goes perfectly. Bob’s Burgers is produced by 20th Television Animation. The series was created and is executive produced by Loren Bouchard. Nora Smith, Dan Fybel, Rich Rinaldi, Greg Thompson, Jon Schroeder, Steven Davis, Scott Jacobson, Holly Schlesinger, Wendy Molyneux and Lizzie Molyneux-Logelin also serve as executive producers. The series was co-developed by Jim Dauterive.


The Great North

The Great North is an animated comedy series following the Alaskan adventures of the Tobin family, as single dad Beef (Nick Offerman) does his best to keep his bunch of kids close – especially his only daughter, Judy (Jenny Slate), whose artistic dreams lead her away from the family fishing boat and into the glamorous world of the local mall. Rounding out the family are Judy’s older brother, Wolf (Will Forte), and his wife, Honeybee (Dulcé Sloan), middle brother Ham (Paul Rust) and 10-year-old-going-on-50 little brother Moon (Aparna Nancherla). While their mother is not in the picture, Judy seeks guidance from her boss, Alyson (Megan Mullally), and her imaginary friend, Alanis Morissette (voicing herself), who appears to her in the Northern Lights.

Synopsis:  The animated series brings Zack Snyder’s daring and spectacular vision of ancient Norse mythology to life, and features the voices of Sylvia Hoeks, Stuart Martin, Pilou Asbaek, John Noble, Paterson Joseph, Rahul Kohli, Jamie Clayton, Kristopher Hivju, Peter Stormare, Jamie Chung, Lauren Cohan, and Corey Stoll, among others.

Chris Rock, Terry Crews and Tichina Arnold are reprising their roles in the animated series inspired by the live-action series in which it is spun-off from with new additions including Tim Johnson Jr. as Young Chris, Ozioma Akagha as Tonya, Terrence Little Gardenhigh as Drew, and Gunnar Sizemore as Greg.

The longest-running primetime scripted show in television history, The Simpsons exploded into a cultural phenomenon in 1990 and has remained one of the most groundbreaking and innovative entertainment franchises, recognizable throughout the world. In The Simpsons Season 36 premiere, Bart celebrates the most shocking birthday party of his entire life — one that might just change everyone in Springfield forever.  Season 36 also brings two terrifying Halloween episodes! In “Treehouse of Horror XXXV,” giant monsters created by political rage threaten to tear the town apart, a Victorian Mr. Burns is jump-scared on Thanksgiving by the ghosts of his abused workers, and Homer bonds with a pair of extra-terrestrial jeans in an unforgettable stop-motion adventure that can only be called…Denim.  In the bonus fright-fest, “Treehouse of Horror Presents: Simpsons Wicked This Way Comes,” a tattooed man at a mysterious night circus transports Lisa into three strange stories from the innocent 1950s, the chilling retro-present, and a brutalist future where prestige TV rules the world. The Simpsons Season 36 is exploding with amazing stories!  Grampa reveals his secret past as a 1980s-era private detective, The Simpsons encounter death on vacation at a high-end resort in “Yellow Lotus,” and Lisa has a blazing misadventure in the dark world of Capital City’s downtown art scene.  The Simpsons is a Gracie Films Production in association with 20th Television. Krapopolis

Krapopolis, the animated comedy from Emmy Award-winner, creator, and executive producer Dan Harmon (Rick and Morty, Community) is set in mythical ancient Greece, and tells the story of a dysfunctional family of humans, gods and monsters trying to run one of the world’s first cities, while also trying their best to not kill each other in the process. In the upcoming season, the city is overrun with debauchery as the annual Ice Week festival comes to Krapopolis; Deliria and Shlub want to prove to Tytannis that they understand the value of human life but keep accidentally killing the servants; and in order to get Krapopolis on the newly-invented map, Tyrannis enlists Hippocampus to open the city’s first restaurant. Krapopolis is owned by FOX Entertainment and produced by FOX’s Bento Box Entertainment.
