Robot Chicken Producers Post New Couch Gag For “The Simpsons”
Despite the fact that we’re in the middle of a very hot summer, and we haven’t had new episodes of The Simpsons for several months now, it doesn’t mean we don’t get a bunch of news inspired by the longest running animated series in primetime. For starters, Guns ‘N Roses bassist is going back and forth with the producers of the series talking about the origins of Duff beer. Meanwhile members of the Australian parliament regularly use memes inspired by The Simpsons similar in vein to political cartoons to try and drive a point home. Lastly, a sarcophagus uncovered in Ancient Egypt appears to have a Marge Simpson-looking drawing on the inside.
All is well and good, but nothing fills the void that is left behind when there aren’t any new episodes of The Simpsons to talk about, but this new couch gag from Stoopid Buddy Stoodios (Robot Chicken) sort of helps because it gives me hope that September is right around the corner and that means new episodes of The Simpsons are coming to FOX.

Do we know if Hulu will be the only entity to have the dub, or if it will be on other platforms, too? The show in general is definitely going to be on multiple platforms.
