Corus Entertainment Announces Adult Swim Canada 2024-2025 Adult Animation Slate

By John Schwarz

June 05, 2024

I gotta tell ya, I actually envy our Canadian friends. They get to watch a whole bunch of American AND Canadian-produced content and not have to deal with the rising costs of the MAX streaming service. Rising costs for a streaming service that cancels its best series, seldom posts any originals, and even deletes full seasons of shows at any given time? Boy, do I not envy the position the producers of Adult Swim/MAX have to be in next week at Annecy as they try and promote the fact that they are THE place for adult animation while they fire their creators for no reason, don’t take care of the talent they do have, and even it’s co-founder has to work as an Amazon delivery driver to make ends meet.
