Rooster Teeth Dates RWBY Volume 9: Beyond
Despite the impending death of Rooster Teeth, the streamer is making sure they are squeezing every last bit of the toothpaste they have left in terms of vitality of their respective franchises which includes the upcoming Red vs Blue film and ancillary content inspired by RWBY.
For the latter, Rooster Teeth has announced an April 13th premiere of what will be four episodes of a storybook-style anthology series focusing on stories happening in Remnant during and after Volume 9 called RWBY Volume 9: Beyond. Kerry Shawcross has noted that the series is planned to focus on narrative and character stories from throughout Volume 9.
What this means for the last of RWBY, it’s hard to say at the moment, but any news is good news at the moment while we await to hear if the franchise moves to another home anytime soon.
