English Dub Review: Black Butler “His Butler, at School”
Overview:
Ciel begins attending England’s prestigious Weston College. This insular school values tradition, is bound by strict discipline, and is ruled by the prefects of its four boarding houses, collectively known as “P4”.
Our Take:
From a voice perspective I’ve been hearing a lot of Brina Palencia lately. I just recently watched Okami-san and Her Seven Companions (which is great by the way) where she plays the titular Okami, and of course she’s Holo the Wise Wolf in the Spice and Wolf remake airing now. I’ve never heard her do a British accent before that I’m aware of but she pulls it off well.
Ciel seems to be out of his element at this school but he at least seems to have a plan in place.
Just cancel this bird already. The chicken is beyond cooked. It's burnt to a crisp.
