English Dub Review: The Foolish Angel Dances with the Devil “The Panicked Foolish Angel and Demon”;“The Exposed Foolish Angel and Demon”

Overview:

Lily must navigate a terrifying nightmare to wake up and return to class. When Akutsu requests to have the collar removed to more easily enjoy simple pleasures, unexpected consequences throw both him and Lily into combat.

Akutsu stands by Lily and spends the night at her place. Lily gets incredibly flustered at the idea of rewarding Akutsu for his efforts but refuses to go back on a promise she made in the past.

Our Take:

I had a feeling that since we missed a week a while back that we might get two episodes soon and I was right! I have to say that this show hasn’t quite done enough to get me really excited about it but there is a chance that something could happen soon. There are two mysterious figures that seem to have some designs against Lily and Akutusu.

One thing I like about this new age of rom-coms is that it doesn’t always take forever for their to be some romantic progression. I’m hopeful that this series will follow that path because I think Akutsu and Lily are more than aware of their feelings for each other at this point.

Lily decided to help Akutsu with his brand on his neck that she placed. Turns out she had an avatar of herself placed within the brand in case Akutsu turned against her. Well it comes out and tries to kill not only Akutsu but Lily as well. Events like this can only bring them closer and I hope we get more of that soon.
