Darci Lynne Grows Up For America’s Got Talent: Fantasy League
Last night on America’s Got Talent: Fantasy League we got the last round of the qualifiers out of the way and we’re on to the Semi-Finals that kick off next week.
In her qualifying performance with Heidi Klum as her mentor, Darci Lynne did something new that also involved her playing the guitar while Petunia rocked out by moving on her own. Despite criticism from Mel B and Simon, Darci got enough votes to move on to the semi-finals.
Anyone who has followed Darci on Instagram will know that the budding singer-songwriter has been relying less and less on her stuffed friends as of late and instead is wanting to very much embark on a traditional singing career. Even in this performance you get the sense that she’s struggling to balance the two artforms though some of that could be that this is HER growing up right in front of our eyes and in a year from now it may not matter.
