FOX has an unconventional few months of AniDom premieres happening over the first few months of January 2024. Normally, we would see something on the docket for new premiere episodes of Bobs’s Burgers, The Simpsons and/or Family Guy in January to help lure in longtime football fans most familiar with those franchises for additional watching. Instead, Bob’s Burgers features a finale episode premiere happening January 7th, The Simpsons is being parked until February 2024, and Family Guy isn’t returning until March 2024 on Wednesday nights.
Instead, FOX is rolling out a new series premiere in Grimsburg happening January 7th, new episodes of Krapopolis and Bob’s Burgers, and the season four premiere of The Great North. Is it possible FOX is previewing a future schedule minus The Simpsons and Family Guy featuring all series produced by FOX Entertainment-owned Bento Box Entertainment? Or is this really more of a post-strike casualty?
All of that remains to be seen, in the meantime, FOX has released a new teaser for the upcoming fourth season of The Great North and you can watch it below with a full synopsis.
Synopsis:
Follow the Alaskan adventures of the Tobin family, as a single dad, Beef, does his best to keep his weird bunch of kids close – especially his only daughter, Judy, whose artistic dreams lead her away from the family fishing boat and into the glamorous world of the local mall. Rounding out the family are Judy’s older brother, Wolf, and his fiancé, Honeybee, her middle brother, Ham, and ten-year-old-going-on-fifty little brother, Moon. While their mother is not in the picture, Judy seeks guidance from her new boss, Alyson, and her imaginary friend, Alanis Morissette, who appears to her in the northern lights.
