Central Park: Josh Gad Says “Sadly, It’s Done”
Josh Gad has confirmed in a new Thread (hey! our first Thread news report!) that after three seasons Apple TV+’s Central Park series has been canceled and will not be returning for a fourth season.
The animated musical series that tells the story of how a family of caretakers, who live and work in Central Park, end up saving the park and basically the world. Josh Gad was co-creator of the series with Loren Bouchard and achieved notoriety when Kristen Bell stepped down in playing the role of a PoC character named “Molly” in favor of Emmy Raver-Lampman.
The series was produced by 20th Television Animation.
Do we know if Hulu will be the only entity to have the dub, or if it will be on other platforms, too? The show in general is definitely going to be on multiple platforms.
