Netflix Dates November 2023 Adult Animation Premieres: Dates “Carol & The End Of The World”

Netflix has unveiled a brand-new adult animated series coming just before Christmas, but before we can even get to that, the streamer has a half-a-dozen new original series premiering during the course of November 2023 that you should know about and can learn more about below.

Capcom’s “Onimusha,” the landmark survival action video game series set in Japan’s feudal Sengoku period, is being adapted into an anime series that will start streaming from Thursday, November 2, only on Netflix. Directed by Takashi Miike, this ambitious series will focus on Miyamoto Musashi, who is modeled after Toshiro Mifune, the Japanese film icon known around the globe. This is the beginning of an intense series full of realistic action in which Musashi’s blade slices through evil as he traverses a land plagued by poverty.

Set to premiere on December 15th on Netflix will be ten episodes of a new series from former Rick and Morty producer Dan Guterman called Carol & The End Of The World. Martha Kelly will voice the role of Carol along with Beth Grant, Lawrence Pressman, Kimberly Hébert Gregory, Mel Rodriguez , Bridget Everett, Michael Chernus and Delbert Hunt rounding out the cast. The Simpsons’ Donick Cary and Kevin Arrieta are executive producers in the series coming from Canada’s Bardel Entertainment.

The premise of the series sees a mysterious planet hurtling towards Earth, extinction is imminent for the people of the world. While most feel liberated to pursue their wildest dreams, one quiet and always uncomfortable woman stands alone — lost among the hedonistic masses.
