Overview:

Sun wants to give Wang her Sachet at midnight at the school while looking at some of the curiosities. Unfortunately for her, Wang brings the guys too, get ready to see all the typical school myths.

Our Take:

What makes this really enjoyable is Wang Ling as a character. Seeing how he went from being unemotional and not caring about anything to how he is now has been interesting. He is still pretty emotionless except for when it comes to Sun, he definitely cares for her and I love to see it. What made me want to watch this a long time ago was how prevalent the romance seemed to be and I think it’s becoming more of a crucial part of the story as we go.

How Wang can just go into any situation and wreck whoever he faces is wild to me. What’s even wilder to me is how they manage to make the same premise interesting. There aren’t any stakes to any of the fights really. We know Wang will prevail but they’re still fun to watch because it’s more interesting to see how he’s going to save the day while still remaining under the radar.
