Overview:
After becoming the highest military and political figure in the Empire, Reinhard starts to implement a series of major reforms, introducing a taxation system for the aristocracy and restoring freedom of speech.
Our Take:
It looks like I was right and with Aaron Dismuke needing vocal rest they did temporarily replace him as Reinhard. Matt Shipman will be taking up the reigns for him and I think he did a great job. At first, I didn’t even notice. I always find it interesting when VA’s fill in for others and try to sound like each other. It goes to show how talented they are!
The thing about massive reforms to a country or empire or anything really is that not everyone will enjoy them. Especially those who were formerly on top and now have to come down to a commoners level. I always find political stuff like this fascinating and like to see how they decide to do these changes. It was the first time we saw the Alliance in a while and even Yang was commenting on how these changes make them dangerous. With all the people of the Empire unified it will make the battle that much more difficult.
