Merch News: South Park Goes Monopoly ; Solar Opposites Releases Holiday Line

Hulu has teamed up with Snow Commerce to launch a brand-new Solar Opposites-themed online store with a SHITLOAD of merchandise inspired by the animated comedy. Right off the bat, you’ll notice most of the merch is being timed with the new “A Very Solar Opposites Holiday Special” special coming on November 22nd to Hulu, and includes T-shirts, hoodies, stickers, and pretty much anything else a die-hard Solar Opposites fan can think of.

Just in time for the killer-looking South Park special event happening on Paramount+ on November 25th, the producers of South Park have teamed up with The Ops to launch a brand-new themed Monopoly game entitled Monopoly: South Park – It’s a New Edition, Mkay?. The game comes fully equipped like the classic franchise but with game pieces inspired by the series. Here’s the synopsis:

Call dibs on the hottest locales throughout South Park, such as Imaginationland, South Park Elementary and Kyle’s Toilet! Players can choose from six custom tokens resembling Stan, Token, Butters, Kyle, Cartman, and Kenny before playing to claim properties and set up Clubhouses and Playgrounds around the board. The standard Community Chest and Chance cards have been replaced by Cheese Poofs and Snacky S’mores, while Monopoly Money now has all of the characters’ faces, including Wendy! But be careful – lose everything and you’ll be the poorest kid in the neighborhood!
