WarnerMedia News: Night Of The Animated Dead Trailer ; Looney Tunes Special Announced ; Dream Corp LLC Future In Doubt

In a recent post on his Instagram page, Jon Gries has announced that Dream Corp LLC season three will debut on Hulu (yes, Hulu, not HBO MAX) starting August 13th. As for a season four pickup? The show’s star says, “it’s on ice”, but is very interested in reprising his role as Dr. Roberts. Currently, Jon Gries can be seen on the HBO MAX series White Lotus which has already been renewed for a second season. It’s also worth noting that “Patient 88” aka Nick Rutherford wrote one of the best episodes of Rick and Morty’s fifth season which you can read more about here.

A lot of the things that went wrong during the show’s first season were corrected in Pete Browngardt’s second season running Looney Tunes. That said, HBO MAX has revealed a new trailer and premiere date for an upcoming special. In this one, the Looney Tunes head back to class in the Looney Tunes Cartoons Back to School Special premiering Thursday, August 19 on HBO Max. In this special episode, Daffy learns that cheaters never prosper, Foghorn Leghorn discovers the pencil is mightier than the sword, and Beaky masters how to be a better buzzard.

From Warner Bros. Animation, and starring the cherished Looney Tunes characters, Looney Tunes Cartoons echoes the high production value and process of the original Looney Tunes theatrical shorts with a cartoonist-driven approach to storytelling. In this modern iteration of the classic series, marquee Looney Tunes characters are featured in their classic pairings in simple, gag-driven, and visually vibrant stories.

Looney Tunes Cartoons is executive produced by Pete Browngardt (Uncle Grandpa) and Sam Register (Teen Titans Go!). The voice cast includes Eric Bauza (Bugs Bunny/Daffy Duck/Tweety/Marvin the Martian), Bob Bergen (Porky Pig), Jeff Bergman (Elmer Fudd/Sylvester), Fred Tatasciore (Yosemite Sam) and Candi Milo (Granny), Michael Ruocco (Beaky Buzzard).
