Adult Swim graphics designer Terence White has posted a retirement goodbye to longtime Adult Swim/Cartoon Network exec Keith Crofford. We are still awaiting confirmation from the network, but if true, Adult Swim loses another pillar in the history of the network, one of the true producers of our time. His name is pretty much on everything Adult Swim has ever produced and is responsible for helping get the nascent block on the Cartoon Network air.

He was executive producer for several Williams Street in-house productions such as Space Ghost Coast to CoastAqua Teen Hunger ForceThe Brak Show and Squidbillies. He also serves as the executive producer for Williams Street out-of-house productions such as Sealab 2021Robot ChickenTom Goes to the MayorThe OblongsMinoriteam and Moral Orel. Crofford is also the executive in charge of production for Adult Swim’s The Venture Bros.

2020 was a busy year for Adult Swim layoffs. Mike Lazzo retired, Adult Swim Streams have been killed off, Venture Bros. was canceled, and a constant fudging with Toonami has many wonder what the future holds for the brand. For 2021, we can tell you three original series will premiere for Toonami, one of them being Uzumaki.

Doomsday Brothers returns with all-new episodes on Adult Swim Canada on January 10th @ 11 pm ET/PT. The first episode back is entitled “All About My Mothers”.

Doomsday Brothers is set in a mutation-riddled, post-apocalyptic world. The series follows two dysfunctional survivalist brothers who are hired to become protectors of their rural hometown. But their best hope lies in finding a secret military super-bunker that could ensure the town’s survival for the next 200 years.
