Watch: Battles Shows Off Animated Video For “Sugar Foot”
Experimental math rock duo Battles debuted a new animated music video for the track “Sugar Foot” during the Primal marathon that aired on Adult Swim’s Toonami on Saturday Night. The track features Jon Anderson & Prairie WWWW and comes off the NYC act’s most recent full length entitled Juice B Crypts. The animated music video was directed by AC-bu and you can watch it below.

In 2020, the outbreak of Covid-19 caused a global lockdown and restricted many activities and events in the world. This music video depicts the ’Great Space Robot Festival’ that unfolds to avenge cancelled festivals and events, in the hope that humanity will be able to overcome the crisis and move towards a better world.
Battles is set to embark on a mid west US tour starting in July that you can get tickets for here.
