Hulu’s Official Trailer For “Woke” Is…Ummm….”Woke”
Today, during the Hulu Press Tour, Hulu presented the company’s lineup of upcoming original programming including semi-animated comedy series Woke starring Lamorne Morris. As part of the presentation was a new trailer that you can watch below in what is looking increasingly like a millennial take on Kirby Buckets is Woke, coming to Hulu September 9.
Synopsis
New comedy series, Woke, follows Keef, An African-American Cartoonist finally on the verge of mainstream success when an unexpected incident changes everything. Keef must now navigate the new voices and ideas that confront and challenge him, all without setting aflame everything he’s already built.
Do we know if Hulu will be the only entity to have the dub, or if it will be on other platforms, too? The show in general is definitely going to be on multiple platforms.
