Attack on Titan: Season 1 Recap Movies Get March 2017 Theatrical Release

Attack on Titan remains one of Funimation’s more popular series. Funimation is poised to debut Attack on Titan: Season 2 in April, 2017. In advance of the season two series premiere, Funimation plans a theatrical release of two films recapping Attack on Titan: Season 1.

The theatrical season one recaps will be segmented into two 120 minute long movies. Both of the forthcoming season-turned films are the English dubs. The first recap is titled Attack on Titan Part 1: Guren no Yumiya. Part one airs on March 27, 2017 and revisits the first half of Attack on Titan: Season 1.

Following on March 28 or 29, 2017 depending on your local theater, Attack on Titan Part 2: Jiyuu no Tuban screens. Jiyuu no Tuban covers the final half of season one. But as popularized by Marvel, there’s a special post-credits preview of season two.

Attack on Titan: Season 2 debuts on April 1, 2017. Snag your tickets for Attack on Titan: Guren no Yumiya and Attack on Titan Part 2: Jiyuu no Tuban and stay tuned for season 2.
