New “Nerdland” Trailer releases
News for Titmouse’s Nerdland is heating up ahead of the film’s Tribeca premiere, and now Variety got a hold of a new red-band trailer that you can watch below:
Nerdland is an R-rated cartoon comedy about celebrity, excess, and two showbiz nobodies, John (Paul Rudd) and Elliott (Patton Oswalt), with a plan to become famous—or even infamous—by the end of the night. Featuring an army of comedy cameos including Hannibal Buress, Laraine Newman, Mike Judge, Kate Micucci & Riki Lindhome, and Molly Shannon.
Nerdland will screen next month at Tribeca Film Festival next month and you can get more info about that here.
I'm pretty skeptical that this is really "the first animated sitcom on X"; I'd have a hard time believing that someone else hasn't posted animated sitcom-esque shorts at some point.
