Ultimate Spider-Man lead facing jail time

As a follow up to our earlier story noting Drake Bell being pulled over after being pulled over for drunk driving and doing 55 mph in a 35 mph speed limit. And guess what? the voice of the Ultimate Spider-Man series could very well be serving jail time.

TMZ is reporting that this is in fact Drake’s second DUI within the last five years or so, and as such, Drake’s looking at a few days in jail and a suspended license. Fortunately, Drake is Spider-Man and he can just web-swing his way into court for the hearing.
