Yep, we did five days in a row of trailer breakdowns and with the Fall season fast-approaching, expect a shit-ton more! Robot Chicken Season Eight is set to premier this Fall on Adult Swim and in it we will get new and returning voices including Seth Green, Alex Borstein, Nathan Fillion, Weird Al Yankovic, Adam West, and Burt Ward. In the past, Seth Green has voiced a lot of your principle DC Comics characters including Batman, Aquaman, Robin, and a slew of others. Alex Borstein is your Wonder Woman, Nathan Fillion is usually the Green Lantern, but has also voiced Black Adam. Adam West and Burt Ward will be reprising their roles as Batman and Robin respectively from the Batman television series of the 60s.

Friendship1

Before the trailer kicks into overdrive on showing what’s going to go down on the third chapter of the DC Comics trilogy, we get some classic highlights from prior specials. For example, Flash and Reverse Flash trying to outdo each other in the ladies department (with both Flashes voiced by Matt Senreich).

The trailer promises to mix up DC Comics characters from different universes, such as this Superman who hails from Earth-B and is made even more popular than the original Superman after unveiling his baking practices. Because muffins…

Friendship3

I love the way Robin is portrayed in the Robot Chicken / DC Comics specials in that he’s kind of a bitch. So much so, here he is getting slapped AND I MEAN SLAPPED in the face by Batman. And just like France during WWII, Robin gives up almost immediately.
