Mondo Media premiers Oh Shit! Zombies!…that’s the name of the show, not a cry for help
Streaming now on Mondo Mini Shows is a brand-new pilot from Daryn Jones called Oh Shit! Zombies!
A herd of zombies is headed for camp, and Pregnant Lady has gone into labor. Old Moron thinks she should have used birth control, but Ninja Sword Lady wants to know why birth control is a woman’s responsibility. Meanwhile, The Scout gets eaten alive and Dramatic Monologue Guy shares some long-winded and stupid thoughts. Will the zombies reach the group before the baby is born? And who is really the father?
The show is pretty funny and wildly different in terms of presentation, most notably due to the black and white schema and the animated frame rate equivalent to those found in motion comics. The dialogue is witty and original, and who doesn’t love shows about zombies? Watch the pilot below and let us know what you think:
Do we know if Hulu will be the only entity to have the dub, or if it will be on other platforms, too? The show in general is definitely going to be on multiple platforms.
