‘Ladies Versus Butlers’ gets English Dub cast news
The other day on the official Facebook page for MB Voiceworks, it was announced that not only is an English dub for Ladies Versus Butlers is on the way, but that the first casting news has also been put out. We have just learned that Akiharu is voiced by Daniel J Edwards, known for Pokemon, YuGiOh.
Hino Akiharu lost his parents when he was small and was adopted into his uncle’s family. He didn’t want to be a burden on his uncle’s family and decides to enter a free boarding school as a butler, Hakureiryou high school. However, his delinquent boy-like appearance frightens the girls, who make up the majority of the students. Unable to get along with the classmates, Akiharu meets his childhood crush Saikyou Tomomi.
An Otakon dub trailer is said to be on the way, so once we see it we’ll post it up.
Do we know if Hulu will be the only entity to have the dub, or if it will be on other platforms, too? The show in general is definitely going to be on multiple platforms.
