Get a first-look at Snoop Dogg on May 17’s episode of ‘Sanjay and Craig’
On Sunday, May 17th @ 7:30 pm ET/PT only on Nickelodeon, a new episode of Sanjay and Craig will premier entitled ”Street Dogg”. As you can tell by the ‘D-O-Double G’, rap music icon Snoop Dogg will guest starring as Street Dogg.
During the special, Sanjay and Craig discover that Street Dogg was once part of a rap duo with none other than Remington Tufflips, the boys’ action-movie idol. They set out to reunite the former pair, but their failed efforts only lead to a town divided — and the mother of all rap battles!
Here’s a bunch of preview stills to get you started. This isn’t Snoop Dogg’s first foray into voice acting as he’s done cameos for Futurama, Robot Chicken, South Park, and more and usually does a swell job. I honestly thought Snoop Dogg had changed his named to Snoop Lion, but I guess that’s over. FYI, Snoop has also filmed a bunch of porn which is always a welcomed service.
Do we know if Hulu will be the only entity to have the dub, or if it will be on other platforms, too? The show in general is definitely going to be on multiple platforms.
