Comics Review: Regular Show #21

You would think the kick-off story would be the better plot of the two, but that isn’t the case this week. The guys head into a lab where they meet an old friend of Benson’s. Unfortunately, Rigby pulls a switch and just like that we’ve got a blob chasing us through the halls. Eventually, Benson hires it to work at a food thing.

The far better story was ”Sad Mall: Part One” which features Mordecai and Rigby getting locked in a mall after playing video games, thereby losing track of time.

As mentioned, the initial story was kinda garbage. We got a lame chase story featuring the worst character design that I’ve ever seen for a monster and there were more plot holes than pot holes on my street.

The ”Sad Mall” was a lot better, and seemed more like a Regular Show episode, and that alone has me wanting to see what happens in Part Two.
