Sentai Filmworks Has Begun Dubbing Akame ga Kill!

And this is another really cool looking show.

Yeah, sorry for the lack of English. But there is nothing English yet for Akame ga Kill. Except for the first of the manga, which hit the New York Times best seller list for Manga. According to a brief conversation on Twitter, Sentai Filmworks is in the middle of dubbing the series, which was announced during AnimeExpo in 2014. Akame ga Kill follows Tatsumi, who is a young fighter who is following his path to glory so he can win money for his village. However, things go from bad to worse during the course of the series.

Since Akame is still getting the dub treatment, no official release date has been set. You can read the original press release regarding the license acquisition here. You can also check the trailer below, but be warned, it’s in Japanese. But at least you get subtitles with it!
