Simpsons: Tapped Out debuts never-before-seen Springfield character

According to The Simpsons Facebook page, popular mobile game Simpsons:Tapped Out has debuted a new character that has never been seen before on television.

His name is ”Chester Dupree” an unemployed slacker brother-in-law to Dr. Julius Hibbert first mentioned in the ‘‘Gone, Abbie, Gone” episode of The Simpsons which aired a couple of years ago. Is this someone that could be used in a future episode of The Simpsons? Who the hell is Hibbert’s sister that is married to THIS guy? Maybe we see him in an upcoming issue of Simpsons Comics before we see him on TV? Who would play as him? 

LOTS of questions, and hopefully some of them can be answered when The Simpsons returns this Fall with all-new episodes for its 26th season.
