DVD Review: Brickleberry Season 1
To be surprised I was a little disheartened when I saw that the first season of Brickleberry was relegated to a DVD-R release with really just the 10 episodes on there. I was hoping for a proper release featuring behind-the-scene featurettes featuring Daniel, Roger and Waco, David Herman, and the others but instead we get an overpriced effort!
And by overpriced I mean you can literally buy each episode of Brickleberry Season 1 instantly on Amazon.com for $1.99 each for a nice price of $20 total OR you can purchase the disc version with no special features for anywhere between $6 to $10 MORE! That basically speaks to no value and as such, I certainly can’t recommend a purchase. Great show, bad home release.
Do we know if Hulu will be the only entity to have the dub, or if it will be on other platforms, too? The show in general is definitely going to be on multiple platforms.
