Slight update on 50 Cent Animated Series??
It may be the slightest update ever, but at least it’s SOMETHING, right?
Deadline recently did an article about Imagine TV selling a pilot to ABC co-produced with 20th Century FOX. In said article, Deadline mentioned the long rumored 50 Cent animated series for FOX inspired by the rapper’s childhood and that right now the pilot is still considered an off-cycle presentation.
Sources have told me the pilot is still very much in development, so it still may be a while before we hear anything in terms of a pilot pickup, but with FOX on a spending spree for new content including the recent pick ups of Murder Police, Axe Cop, and High School USA!, FOX is in a buying mood!
Do we know if Hulu will be the only entity to have the dub, or if it will be on other platforms, too? The show in general is definitely going to be on multiple platforms.
