Its nights like tonight where I wish Bubbleblabber was based in Los Angeles vs NJ, but NJ has the better pizza so you win some you lose some. Reason being is because tonight @ 7pm PST the NerdMelt showroom at Meltdown Comics is hosting a live story telling event with the writers of Robot Chicken. The creators Matt Senreich and Seth Green don’t seem to be on the agenda, but the lineup still looks pretty solid including:

Rachel Bloom (Robot Chicken, Just for Laughs)
Matthew Beans (Robot Chicken, Mad)
Mehar Sethi (Robot Chicken, It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia)
Erik Weiner (Robot Chicken, Boardwalk Empire)
Douglas Goldstein (Co-Head Writer of Robot Chicken)
Jason Reich (Robot Chicken, The Daily Show with Jon Stewart)
Kevin Shinick (Robot Chicken, MAD)
Clare Grant (Robot Chicken, Clone Wars)

Of particular interest is MAD creator Kevin Shinick of whom also created the Cartoon Network sketch animated show we talk about all the time. The name of the event is “Robot Chicken Tell Effed Up Stories”and the cost is only $8 in advance and $10 at the door which is actually cheaper than the pizzas we have here in NJ, so….I guess…LA ‘1’ NJ ‘0’.
