NETFLIX TO ADD AQUA TEEN AND ROBOT CHICKEN TO STREAMING SVCS
Its about friggin’ time, CNN.com is reporting that Warner Bros., has announced a streaming deal with Netflix to offer up some of its biggest franchises for streaming. Yep, on March 30th, Netflix will be getting episodes of big time Cartoon Network and Adult Swim shows like Robot Chicken, Aqua Teen, and more. The announcement is a pretty interesting one as sister company Time Warner utlizes a ‘TV Everywhere’ option that allows you to stream shows, including OnDemand. That said, I’ve always felt the gold episodes on AdultSwim.com were a functional nightmare and I often found myself just purchasing the episodes on Amazon.com just in case if I missed anything. So, which shows do YOU want to see added to Netflix??
Do we know if Hulu will be the only entity to have the dub, or if it will be on other platforms, too? The show in general is definitely going to be on multiple platforms.
