Since the pilot episode of Fugget About It, every installment has been getting more clever and well written, with witty comedy and deeper jokes, and “Chokin’ and Tokin’ in the Queen City” is no exception.

The episode begins with Jimmy ascending to Heaven, and Saint Peter is waiting at the pearly gates, tablet in hand (with a pear replacing the iconic apple, a clever remark on product placement).bIt turns out Jimmy was choking and Uncle Cheech saved his life with the Heimlich maneuver. On their way home, Jimmy accidently saves some teenagers from being beaten by a group of bikers, he then binds the bikers with a yoyo string Uncle Cheech found in his pocket, and it creates a media sensation.

Jimmy gets a kick out of being a vigilante, which brings on a montage of crime stopping with yoyos. After much public appreciation, McCool wants to take the yoyo avenger down. The Mountie devises a plan to capture the yoyo vigilante by getting Cheech and Jimmy to commit a crime and catch the hero in the act of vigilantism.Meanwhile, Cookie and Theresa are both busy fantasizing about the faceless hero as the perfect man, in their own idealistic delusions.

When an enthusiastic tourist agent, Toby, takes the blame, it’s up to Jimmy and Cheech to break him out of the Keanu Reeves Correctional Facility (this isn’t the first instant a structure has been named after a popular Canadian in the series). But while incognito in the prison, Jimmy learns all the perpetrators he put behind bars were all innocent due to his own interpretations of their actions.

So will Jimmy right his wrongs? Will the real yoyo-wielding vigilante be discovered? Why is O. J. Simpson in a Canadian prison? Some of these questions are answered in a somewhat familiar, but hilarious twist ending.
