MATT SELMAN AND TIM LONG REWRITE BILLY JOEL LYRICS FOR TIME
Recently, The Simpsons Exec producer Matt Selman and fellow writer Tim Long got together and wondered “What would Billy Joel’s ‘We Didn’t Start the Fire” be like if it was recorded in a Stephen King universe” which of course leads ME to believe there were drugs involved. In any case, the guys did just that for Time Magazine and you can check out the lyrics here. Maybe we can get PusherJones to sing it and then Erick Tran to help animate???
Thankfully The Simpsons returns to FOX on Sept 30th, so these guys will probably be busy attending to that.
Do we know if Hulu will be the only entity to have the dub, or if it will be on other platforms, too? The show in general is definitely going to be on multiple platforms.
