Miami Mermaids – Pilot

In a new pilot for Mondo, Miami Mermaid seems like a 2 Broke Girls esque show that takes place underwater starring two mermaids. The plot for this one was kind of lame, evidently one of them dates a gay guy but the other one keeps trying to spill the beans that the dude isn”t what he appears to be. The animation is OK, but with shoddy dialogue, lame jokes, and the worst singing I’ve heard this side of Justin Bieber, Miami Mermaid is one that might be better sleeping with the fishes.

Villain Complex – Pilot

Ever wonder what evil villains do when they are past their prime and out of work?? Welp, you are in luck because Mondo has the pilot for you and its called Villain Complex, a new show that follows Skulldor an unemployed, out of work, and out of shape bad guy with his roommate Slasher. Slasher actually has a job working out of a furniture store and is constantly berating Skulldor to get a job! The concept is absolutely hysterical and the dialogue is very on point and the characters look great, making me definitely wanting to keep tabs on this one to see who else we are going to meet!

The Dark Knight Meets the Avengers

Ever think the Avengers and Batman can be buddies?? Welp, according to this new short from College Humor its unlikely as the heroes from Marvel prefer living in the lap of luxury, signing autographs, and playing volleyball while the Dark Knight prefers solitude and crying about his parents(I just realized how emo Batman is). In any case, this short is funny as hell, my favorite part is when Hulk and Thor hug.
