Spoilers Below

DECISIONS, DECISIONS

Lisa decides to do an experiment for her science fair project involving Bart but with her brother being none the wiser as it pertains to making a bunch of decisions on something that he actually enjoys and seeing where his psyche snaps. However, at the fair everyone in school keeps ragging on Bart because despite Lisas lame attempts at disguises the kids can obviously tell Bart was the subject. Feeling betrayed, Bart gets his revenge on Lisa, but what Lisa knows now her mother has always known. FOOOOOOOD!

INTO THE WOODS

Bart, Milhouse, Lisa, and Martin are all away at Krusty Camp and its obvious this group is gonna be split in twos REAL fast as Bart and Milhouse want to explore the woods while Martin and Lisa turn to more altruistic endeavors. As such, Bart and Milhouse get lost in the woods and soon get real hungry causing Bart to try and eat his best friend. When Milhouse lets out a yell, Lisa hears it and signals for the guys to come back to camp…turns out they were only gone for a half hour!

So yea not only was Maggie’s Crib good but the strip about what people in Springfield was pretty funny and I hope we see more stuff like that as it serves a pretty good interruption. Both of the stories were really good even if they weren’t the most over the top as we’ve ever seen, #74 sure makes for a good buy.
