Delivery of Destiny

The Paul the delivery guy is trying his best to win over his dad’s approval doing his job but its not working out however he’s not sure what he wants to do for the rest of his life so he really has no other option. His luck changes when he wins a radio contest give away to have a band playing for him the rest of the day while working. It actually gets kind of annoying and old as they just create lyrics from the characters’ dialogue. That is until he is asked to make a special delivery to Doof’s lab where he is tasked to free Perry and bringing him back to headquarters.

Buford Confidential

The Fireside girls are in town to hang out with Isabella. They get introduced to Buford dressed up as a bear, but apparently he was in a relationship with one of the girls so he takes off rather then lose his tough guy image. Eventually, the girls chase Buford to a twisted. sprinkler that Phineas and Ferb put together. Meanwhile, Dr. Doof captures Perry and tells him about how much he hates pretzels. So much so that he’s going to find all of them and straighten everyone of them during the Danville Pretzel Festival. That is until Perry stops him but not before the machine straightens out the guys’ sprinkler ending the bear chase.

As great as it was having Christian Slater in this week’s episode, is how terrible it was having that friggin’ band following Paul everywhere he goes doubling up on everything everyone said. Made me want to put the entire first short in mute so as to not to have to listen to it. Buford was good, however I always worry when I see A-plot/B-plot story lines in an episode that’s only 11 minutes in run time as it can make the plots feel rushed and it could be easy to lose track but it wasn’t that bad in this case.
