OLD NEWS IS NEW NEWS….AQUA TEEN CHANGES ITS NAME??

I very seldom read graphic novels, but apparently Matt Maiellaro did an interview with Comic Book Resources and Steve Sunu talking about a graphic novel that Matt wrote that came out awhile ago called Knowbodys. Welp, during the interview Steve was awesome enough to ask about the future state of Aqua Teen and according to the article Matt had a few notes:

1) Aqua You Know Whatever is the official new name of the series that is set to debut on June 24th for Adult Swim with the first episode “Circuit Attack”. Bad ass, right?

2) This season is going to run for 12 episodes but by episode three ALL OF THE AQUA TEENS WILL BE DEAD AND WILL BE REPLACED BY NEW CHARACTERS. That’s right “guy who I saw wear a Master Shake outfit at NYCC”, you are SCREWED.

3) There will be a sequel to the Colon Movie Film For Theaters called Death Fighter

Yep, so there’s a lot to look forward to if you are an Aqua fan as it returns this summer. Keep checking back on updates as we get them.
