The FFA’s are coming up and Napoleon and Curtis are looking to dominate the competition, well maybe not Curtis as he decides to join up with Don as one of the cool kids. This causes Napoleon to enlist the help of Pedro to take part in the competition. That is until Napoleon goes head to head with his nemesis Filson, who takes part in the festivities. However, when the FFA queen Nicole starts hitting on Napoleon, which causes him to ditch Pedro in a big event which questions his partner’s validity. But, as it turns out, Nicole’s feelings were nothing but a lie as she’s been working with Filson this whole time and traps Napoleon and Pedro in a really big ditch.

Meanwhile, the rest of the Dynamites have to live in Rico’s van because the house is being fumigated for spiders. But, of course living with Rico is anything but savvy, as the rest of the family understands what he does for entertainment, food, and getting Pedro and Napoleon out of a really big whole in time for the FFA finals.

Here we are kids, the season finale of Napoleon Dynamite and here we are getting another episode that is some sort of competition. Seriously, between the bed races and the cage matches, and now the FFA’s, it seemed like every episode had similar premises, what gives? Also, I felt Kip was seriously underutilized in “FFA” which annoys me because he’s by far the funniest character on the show! There’s rumors going around that Napoleon Dynamite will come back next season, and if it does I will be hoping for a tad more variety in plot devices, and maybe some more of Sam Rockwell as Filson because he was a nice change of pace for the show.
