Apparently this piece of shit douche bag and MTV reality “star” John Devenanzio thought that he was the inspiration for the “Johnny Bananas” animated character in the show Entourage so he took HBO to court because he was under a lot of distress about the likeness. And according to THR, HBO wants the judge to throw out the lawsuit, and rightfully so.

Lets say for 5 seconds that John had a case, it would still get thrown out due to it being a parody, but it isn’t, so hopefully now he can be of use to society and leave the country.

And hopefully this means that the rumored Johnny Bananas animated series can move forward.
