Vidme Raised a Bunch of Cash So Let’s Check Out Their Animation Channel
It’s got a long way to go.
Variety is reporting that start-up video service, Vidme (said to be a cross between Reddit and Youtube) raised about $6 million in capital. Similar to Twitch, fans can tip content producers and advertising is also on the way for people who upload videos aka anyone (though the channel producers highlight content that they seem to like).
The Animation channel is a lot of meh, and from what I can mostly gather is videos of some girl constantly tying herself up and a LOT of stuff using LEGO stop-mo. That said, it does remind me of an early Youtube where I wasn’t constantly bombarded with ads and user-generated content had heart to it.
Santa is giving you Lil Al & The PTC a lump of coal in the stockings since Santa doesn't like censorship orgs like The PTC or bullies and trolls just like you Little Al. I'm BFFs with Santa and I'm always on the nice unlike you Lil Al or The PTC that are on the naughty list.
