Review: Phineas and Ferb ‘Troy Story’

Spoilers Below

Phineas and Ferb go Greek in this episode as they help Candace catch up to her book club with their own reenactment of the Iliad. You know, the Achilles, Helen of Trojan Horse, battle thing.

While the brothers recreate Greek history, Perry the Platypus helps Professor Doofenshmirtz with his severe hoarding problem. Sadly, his hoarding problem didn’t have any mummified cats, bacteria ridden cheeseballs, and collection of children’s shoes.

Phineas and Ferb’s reenactment included guitars, bagpipes, pudding, and a strange middle aged man that was very close to all the children while singing. It also included lasers, spaceships, and Trojan Platypus and T-Rex. This modernized version was bad-news-bears for Candace as she recited an entirely different version for the book club’s founder. Fortunately no one else read the book.

After losing Professor Doofenshmirtz in his cluttery hell, Perry finally finds him near his Declutterator. Doofenshmirtz then blows up the Declutterator, causing a giant decluttering of the town. This means even the mess caused by the Trojan Horse reenactment was cleaned before Phineas and Ferb’s mother returned home.
