Scorch is needed on Earth to save an alien named Superman. Problem is despite the fact that he is clearly ill, Supes doesn’t want to leave with Scorch. Evidently, the only reason Supes is sick is because Lex sent Scorch to Earth with some Kryptonite in an attempt to ruin the hero once and for all. Turns out the alien who sent Scorch just wanted to see what happened on Lost but Lex gets caught anyway.

To get a warrant?? Night Crawler Court. Then we get Ice man in Colder case plus Storm from The Elementals to complete the package of catching the Red John.
