Ratings Are In 10/1/15: The Muppets still biggest comedy on Tuesday Nights
Despite the fact that FOX premiered two new comedies that I didn’t want to watch, ABC’s The Muppets brought in a slightly lower overnight rating which was still good enough to be the best comedy of the night.
According to Deadline.com:
Curiosity and nostalgia (plus a massive marketing campaign) brought viewers to the premiere of The Muppets to make it the highest-rated comedy debut this fall. With some of the novelty factor wearing off, the second episode of the workplace comedy (2.0) at 8 PM last night was down 31% from last week’s premiere.
Personally, I think it was because Josh Groban was on the show and nobody cares about Josh Groban anymore. In any case, check out our review for Tuesday Night’s episode.
My Love Affair with Marriage was great! I hope this gets enough of a release in the US for me to be able to go to it in theatres.
